- TCE106K
Solution
This behavior will be corrected in a future release of UEFI.
The target date for this release is forth quarter 2015.
The file will be available by selecting the appropriate Product Group, type of System, Product name, Product machine type, and Operating system on IBM Support's Fix Central web page, at the following URL:

Workaround
This error can safely be ignored when operating in Minimal Power mode.
Additional information
When operating in Minimal Power Mode, the system is running with only one of two QPI links. This is the expected behavior. A QPI error is falsely reported as the second QPI link is not trained. A fix will be implement to ensure that a QPI error is not reported for the second QPI link when operating in Minimal Power Mode.
