Problem
Boot retry count is set to 0 after boot failed. The symptom can be observed by performing the following: Connect LAN1 (IMM port) to client. Boot into UEFI F1 setup menu. Disable all of bootable option and add non-bootable option in to start option. Set Boot Order as 'Legacy Only', 'PXE Network'. Under client: Using ASU tool and run following commands: 'aus64.exe set BootModes.LimitBootAttempts "Enable" --override --host [IMM IP] --user USERID --password PASSW0RD' 'aus64.exe set IMM.UEFIDebugLevel "3" --override --host [IMM IP] --user USERID --password PASSW0RD' Connect to IMM web (USERID/PASSW0RD) and clear logs in Event/ Event Log. Using ipmitool, run following command to get Serial over LAN (SoL) log: 'ipmitool.exe -I lanplus -H 192.168.70.125 -U USERID -P PASSW0RD SoL activate > LimitBootAttempts_sol.log' (where IMM = Integrated Management Module, ASU = Advanced Settings Utility, LAN = Local Area Network)
