What are the known limitations and issues using IBM Rational ClearCase on 64-bit Microsoft Windows platforms?
Cause
Rational ClearCase 7.0 is the first major release to support ClearCase on 64-bit Windows platforms.
Answer
The known issues with ClearCase running on 64-bit Windows operating systems are documented in the IBM Rational ClearCase Platforms Guide 7.1.2.
Some issues have been resolved in later ClearCase 7.1.2 and 8.0 updates. Review technote 1251833: 64-bit Windows Explorer is not displaying ClearCase menus for more details.
