In rare cases, when a disk event is triggered, the Active Events box and the Hardware Health of Local Storage on the System Status page display normally. However, the corresponding disk status on the Local Storage page is not shown as critical.
Affected configurations

This tip is not option specific.
The following system firmware levels are affected:
Build ID: 1aoo57f

Solution
This behavior is corrected in Integrated Management Module II (IMM2) v4.50 (1AOO64L) Release.
The file is or will be available by selecting the appropriate Product group, type of System, Product name, Product machine type, and operating system on IBM Support's Fix Central web page, at the following URL:

Workaround
When the symptom occurs, the Hardware Health of Local Storage on the 'System Status' page of the web Graphical User Interface (GUI) will be shown as 'critical', and users can use the source option in the 'Active Event' box on the 'System Status' page to determine the corresponding disk status.
Another way is to use the Legacy command line interface (CLI) to get the status of each disk.
