Troubleshooting
Problem
Web access to the Chassis Management Module (CMM) fails. The CMM responds to pings and allows logins using the Secure Shell (SSH) protocol. The system is configured with one or more of the following IBM options: Flex System Chassis Management Module, option 68Y7029, any replacement part number This tip is not system specific. This tip is not software specific. This behavior was corrected in CMM firmware version v1.40.1P Build ID: 2PET10P and later. Because the web interface is not available, it is necessary to flash the CMM using the Command Line Interface (CLI). Use the CLI to interact with chassis components.
