Solution

Update QLogic CNA firmware to version 2.00.27 or later.

This is a "FALSE" error.

The QLogic 2-Port 10 Gigabit Converged Network Adapter (CFFh) for IBM BladeCenter, Option part number 42C1830, hardware is good. Do not replace the adapter as it will not address these "FALSE" errors.

QLogic CNA firmware Level 2.00.27 has been released to address this issue.
