Two ports may show in device manager for single-port card

Troubleshooting

Problem

The Brocade 4 Gb/8 Gb Fiber Channel (FC) single-port adapters display two (2) devices in Windows Device Manager. The Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) for the single-port card is identical to the dual-port card and registers two PCIe functions. The driver claims both functions and reports them to device manager.
