Symptom
When accessing the remote Linux system during the remote control session in the Remote Supervisor Adapter (RSA) II, the user cannot switch the Linux terminal-tty4 using the Ctrl+Alt+F4 keys.
The other keys Ctrl+Alt+ (F1, F2, F3, F5, F6,F7) work correctly.

Workaround
The switch can be done by using the key button created for the Ctrl+Alt+F4 hotkey. Complete the following steps:
- Open the remote control preference from the remote control window.
- Create the key combination for the Ctrl+Alt+F4 hotkey and save the button.
- Click the Ctrl+Alt+F4 button to switch to terminal-tty4.
Additional information
In order to deal with another Alt+F4 hotkey, which will close the remote control window without sending the keys to the remote server, the remote control client ignores the key event of the Alt+F4 hotkey. Unfortunately, the Ctrl+Alt+F4 hotkey is also ignored because the Alt+F4 hotkey is its subset.
