Workaround
When this issue is encountered, the user should press any key to continue. After the boot process has completed, the user should warm or cold reboot their system so that the battery on the ServeRAID controller may give the proper status and return to normal state.
Additional information
The issue is caused by the battery not reporting the correct status to the controller firmware. On reboot, the battery does report the correct status to the controller firmware. If the issue occurs on three (3) reboots, then the user should replace the battery, as the issue being seen is a battery that is not functioning properly.
