Problem
This technote explains how to resolve a CQMSPInt.dll was loaded error that can occur when using IBM® Rational® ClearQuest® integration with Microsoft® Project.
Symptom
The CQMSPInt.dll provided with ClearQuest version 2003.06.15 is incorrect. Running the regsvr32 command to register the file fails with an error:
Regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Rational\clearquest\CQMSPInt.dll"
"C:\Program Files\Rational\clearquest\CQMSPInt.dll was loaded, but the DlRegisterServer entry point was not found. This file can not be registered."
