Install "IBM SAS HBA and LSI 1064/1078 Controller Driver for Windows" version 1.25.10.08, or above.
The file is available from the IBM System x Support web site at the following URL:

| Additional information |
|---|
A yellow Question Mark (?) icon message means that the Microsoft Windows operating system could not recognize the device and there is no driver for it.
The yellow Question Mark (?) icon is caused by a mismatched LSI firmware and the down level LSI driver in ServerGuide 7.4.15. The new driver is included in ServerGuide 7.4.16.
