Attach the boot device to the first add-in card.

A limitation exists whereby when multiple bootable add-in cards are installed, the desired boot device must be attached to the first add-in card as determined by the PCI scan order. For example, if multiple RAID or SCSI cards are installed, the system will only boot from the first card detected by system BIOS.
