Issue

The NVIDIA Quadro4 200NVS video card that is included in the IntelliStation E-Pro and M-Pro models can support both dual analog monitors and dual digital monitors, but it requires two different pigtail cables in order to do so.

The dual analog pigtail cable comes standard with all models that include the Quadro4 200NVS video card; however the dual digital cable is only available as an optional replacement part (FRU) for these models.

Affected configurations

The system may be any of the following IBM IntelliStations:

  • An IntelliStation E Pro, type 6204, any model
  • An IntelliStation E Pro, type 6214, any model
  • An IntelliStation M Pro, type 6229, any model
  • An IntelliStation M Pro, type 6850, any model

The system is configured with the following option(s):

  • NVIDIA Quadro4 200NVS LP video card, option part number 33L3520, replacement part number (FRU) 25P6684
  • NVIDIA Quadro4 200NVS ATX video card, option part number 33L3521, replacement part number (FRU) 25P6684
