Troubleshooting
Problem
After upgrading from either shrink-wrap Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 or preload to Windows 2000, (build 2183), the system will run very slow. When moving the mouse pointer over the taskbar, the pointer will change from an arrow to an hour-glass. The system will eventually start working again after about 15 minutes.
