Troubleshooting


Problem

PROBLEM: PC Server 310 will not power off. SOLUTION: Connect conductor J37 on the system board. The J37 conductor is located on the inner edge of the sytem board, near the left front corner of the power supply enclosure.

 Connect conductor J37 on the system board. The J37 conductor is located on the inner edge of the sytem board, near the left front corner of the power supply enclosure.
