Download Description
This document provides information for downloading IBM Maximo Production Optimization On-Premises V1.0.0, which is also referred to in the documentation by its shorter name, IBM Maximo PO On-Premises V1.0.0.
IBM Maximo Production Optimization On-Premises uses machine learning to formulate the best courses of action based on the data that is collected from the plant floor and also to calculate the potential impact of the losses on the overall equipment effectiveness.
Prerequisites
The software and hardware prerequisites for IBM Maximo Production Optimization On-Premises are found in the Detailed system requirements specification.
Installation Instructions
1. Download the installation images from Passport Advantage .
Tip: If you get an error, try using a different web browser to access Passport Advantage.
2. Sign in and navigate to the software download page.
3. Find the eAssembly or eAssemblies for your product.
Note: The eAssembly part numbers to search for are listed in this document. An eAssembly groups individual product parts (eImages) together.
4. Download either all parts in an eAssembly by selecting the checkbox beside the name of the eAssembly or download individual parts of an eAssembly by expanding the eAssembly and selecting the check box for the part.
Note: When the download finishes, the message Download Complete displays. You can also see the location of the downloaded files in the message window.
5. Unpack each of the parts into a single, temporary directory on your system.

5. Unpack each of the parts into a single, temporary directory on your system.
6. After you have completed the download of the installation images, complete the required installation instructions as outlined in IBM Knowledge Center .
