For those customers who wish to install the retail version of Windows 95 (OSR1) in the IBM IntelliStation M Pro Series 6889, several additional steps must be taken to insure a successful installation. Included in these steps are the installation and configuration of specific device drivers. Among them are:

PIIX4 PCI/ISA Bridge
BUS Mastering
Adaptec 7800 Adapter Family (SCSI Only)
INTEL Ethernet
Crystal Audio
