Enhancements:
-Removal of log4j from MSM.(DCSG01101694,DCSG01108029)

Fixes:
- StorelibIR3 library soft link creation is not handled properly in the MSM Linux build script. 
   Not the script is updated with proper softlink creation. (DCSG01112931)
- Environmental variables which are set in the /etc/profile are not accessible during system boot. 
   JRE path is set in this file. 
   So, using the command 'source /etc/profile' before accessing the JRE path in the MSM service file. 
   With this command Environmental variables are accessible during system boot.(DCSG01112931)
