• Added remote boot support for the Remote Supervisor adapter
• Added "Rehooking INT 19h" setup option which will allow other add in PCI adapters to control the system boot sequence. This option should be disabled (it is enabled by default) to allow adapter configuration utilities such as the LSI IDE RAID PCI adatper to run after POST has completed.
