FAStT200 drive enclosure component problem causing false indication of hardware failure.

FAStT200 users: You will receive a "Premium Feature - out of compliance" message for Storage Partitions when the installation of this software upgrade is complete. Please note that the upgrade will enable use of all 16 partitions; however, due to a code limitation the software will generate an "out of compliance" message. Please refer to the readme_win32.txt file for more information on this message and how to remove it.
