Anyone can download Voltaire HCA drivers. All other Voltaire software requires customer registration.
To Download HCA drivers:
- Access http://www.voltaire.com/SupportAndServices/Drivers
- Complete the contact information, enter HCA S/N
- Click Agree below the Voltaire Limited License Agreement
- Click Submit Query
To register for a Voltaire.com account:
- Access http://www.voltaire.com/SupportAndServices/Request_Login
- Complete the form
- Click Register
- Voltaire will respond within 48 hours.
To Download Product Firmware:
- Access http://www.voltaire.com
- Click on Support and Services (top-right of page)
- Login
- Verify that you have been re-directed to: http://www.voltaire.com/SupportWeb
- Scroll down to Browse by Product
- Select the product you purchased and are searching code for
- Click on Software and Firmware Downloads
- Click the Accept License Agreement radio button
- Scroll page to Download Product Firware section
- Click the appropriate Download link on the right
- Select Product folder name
- Scroll and locate firmware version level
- Download code
