- Go to http://www.tacc.utexas.edu/
- Click on Software and Tools link under Resources left menu
- Click on Goto BLAS center link
- Scroll to middle of page and find text "to download the source code, please click here"
- Please enter Username and password.
- If you do not have an account you would need to register.
- Select version GotoBLAS-1.15.tar.gz
- Download.
