Resolving The Problem

Blade requires user registration prior to downloading software/firmware updates.

New User

1. Select URL for file desired: RSG8000 will be RS_G8000-1.0.1.0_OS.zip which will result in
   http://www.bladenetwork.net/request?file=2k2tsr
   Get redirected to BLADE site.
   [You will receive a warning "Sign In Necessary" that also states "You must be a qualified member to access the file:"
   This is normal for first-time users, and will not cause any problem with the process.]
2. Select "Create Account.
3. Enter required information [Profile Information]
   You will receive a "You're Registered!" confirmation
4. Select Go to Manage Your Profile Page.
5. Select Register Products.
6. Enter switch serial numbers and license keys
7. Select Go to Manage Your Profile Page.
8. Select Download: <filename> which is at the bottom of the menu box
9. Accept EULA
10. Download file.

Returning User

1. Select URL for file desired: RSG8000 will be RS_G8000-1.0.1.0_OS.zip which will result in
   http://www.bladenetwork.net/request?file=2k2tsr
   Get redirected to BLADE site.
2. Sign In as a Returning Member
   Register more products if you want to (not necessary, though)
3. Select Download: <filename> which is at the bottom of the menu box
4. Accept EULA
5. Download file.
