  1. Access http://www.smc.com
  2. Click PRODUCTS on the Menu Bar
  3. Use the drop-down menu labeled "SELECT YOUR PRODUCT" (right margin) to choose your model
  4. Click Confirm
  5. Select Firmware below 'SUPPORT' (right margin)
  6. Scroll to bottom of page. Verify the Model No. in STEP 1
  7. In STEP 2, choose a download-type and OS; then click the right-arrow
  8. Available downloads are listed on the screen. Click the Download link for the appropriate image
