The introduction of the euro will bring radical changes to all companies that do business in Europe. It will also impact how governments deliver services to citizens
and increase their countries competitiveness. As a result, IBM's Euro Support Centre was opened on 1st May 1998.

The Euro Support Centre provides advice and information about IBM's Euro Offerings from Services and Consultancy.It also provides information regarding methodology and tools as well as providing information on Euro Readiness of IBM products However, questions about installing, upgrading, and using products must be directed to the customers usual service or support channels.
