Text from the audio portion of the I/O-board shuttle removal movie
To remove the I/O-Board Shuttle:

Remove the Top Cover:
- Turn off the server and all peripheral devices and disconnect all power cords and external cables.
- Press the button and lift the cover-release latch. The cover will move to the rear approximately one half inch.
- Lift the cover off the server and set it aside.
- Turn off the server and all peripheral devices and disconnect all power cords and external cables.

Remove the Top Cover Bracket:
- Slide the blue latches on the top cover bracket toward the center of the server and then tilt and lift the bracket out of the server.
- Slide the blue latches on the top cover bracket toward the center of the server and then tilt and lift the bracket out of the server.

Remove the Hot-swap Power Supplies:
- Press the orange release latch to the right, and then slide the handle up until latched in the open position.
- Pull the power supply out of the bay.
- Use the same procedure to remove the second power supply.
- Press the orange release latch to the right, and then slide the handle up until latched in the open position.

Remove the Adapters:
- Rotate the blue retention latch up insuring that the black retaining plate rests on top of the latch. This will provide the clearance necessary to remove the adapter.
- Carefully grasp the adapter by its top edge or upper corners, and pull the adapter from the server.
- Use the same procedure to remove any additional adapters.
- Rotate the blue retention latch up insuring that the black retaining plate rests on top of the latch. This will provide the clearance necessary to remove the adapter.

Remove the I/O-Board Shuttle:
- Pull the blue release pin out to unlatch the shuttle, and then rotate the shuttle handle up.
- Disconnect the front USB.and optical drive cables from the connectors on the shuttle.
- Pull up on the handle to remove the I/O-board shuttle assembly from the server and set it aside.
- Pull the blue release pin out to unlatch the shuttle, and then rotate the shuttle handle up.
