Abstract

IBM xSeries Tape Enclosure (4559HHX) offer external tape solutions for supported IBM eServer xSeries Servers that do not have internal drive bays.

Features and specifications

The IBM 4559HHX xSeries Tape Enclosures offer a cost effective solution for adding external tape drives to IBM xSeries servers.

Allow each of these tape drives to be independently attached to a supported xSeries server
Half-High and Full-High Enclosures can be used as a table top solution or on a rack shelf.
