Solid performance with proven RAID management
The ServeRAID-6M controller delivers excellent performance. It includes the following architecture:

• 600 MHz Intel IOP321 I/O processor based on xScale technology
• 64-bit, 133MHz PCI-X
• 128 or 256 MB ECC DDR SDRAM battery-backed cache
  

The ServeRAID-6M controller supports:

• Up to 14 HDDs per channel
• Full RAID functions

The ServeRAID-6M controller includes an advanced, Java-based ServeRAID Manager to provide configuration, monitoring, and administration of the

The ServeRAID-6M controller has been rigorously tested on supported systems through the ServerProven program with a wide range of popularnetwork operating systems. It is backed by a three-year, limited warranty.

NOTE: 24 inch ServeRAID-6M internal connection cable (02R2068) is required for a single internal support of the hot-swap backplane of xSeries 235 and 345 servers.
