Optional PCI expansion fan removal
To remove the Optional small internal fan, follow these steps:
- Disconnect the power source from the system by unplugging the system.
- Open the fan access cover.

To remove the optional PCI expansion fan located toward right side follow this step:
- Locate the failing system fan to be replaced.
- Pull both the latches to release.
- Remove the fan in the upward direction.
