Media drive removal
To remove the Media drive, follow these steps:
- Stop the media device and eject any media.
- Remove the front cover.
- Remove the service access cover.
- Disconnect the power source from the system by unplugging the system.
- Disconnect the media device cables from the device.
- Press the release latch and unseat the media device.
- Pull the media device from the system.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
