DVD drive removal
To remove the DVD drive, follow these steps:
- Remove the service access cover.
- Disconnect the power source from the system by unplugging the system.

Perform the following steps to remove the Slimline media device.
- Pull the retaining tab up and then outward.
- Grasp the DVD drive and slide it out of the enclosure.
