To install PCI Riser Card Assembly 1:

  1. Carefully align the slots in the side and the tabs on the rear of the assembly with the brackets on the side and the slots on the rear of the chassis and press down on the assembly until fully seated.
    Here is a closer look at a slot in the riser card assembly and a bracket on the chassis.
    Here is a closer look at the tabs on the riser card and the slots in the chassis.
  2. Install the Top Cover:
    1. With the cover release latch in the open position place the cover over the chassis so that the tabs in the cover align with the slots in the chassis.
    2. Slide the cover forward while rotating the cover release latch down to the closed position.
