DVD drive removal
To remove the DVD drive, follow these steps:
-
Remove the front cover.
- Pull out the latches located on both sides of the cover.
- Pull off the cover to remove it from the system unit.
- Pull the terracotta lever to the right and outward.
- Grasp the DVD drive (or filler) and slide it out of the system.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
