Text from the audio portion of the operator information panel assembly removal movie
To remove the operator information panel assembly:
- Turn off the server and all peripheral devices, and disconnect all power cords and external cables.
Remove the top cover:
- Press down firmly on the blue tab on top of the cover and slide it to the rear until it disengages from the chassis.
- Lift the cover off the server and set it aside.
Remove the operator information panel assembly:
- Disconnect the cable from the system board.
- Press down on the release tab with a flat bladed probe then push on the blue push point on the rear of the panel to move the assembly toward the front of the server and remove the panel and cable.
- Disconnect the cable from the operator panel and set it aside.
