Abstract
Interface board removal movie for IBM System x3650 T (Type 7980)

To remove the Interface Board:
Remove the Bezel:
- Loosen the two captive thumb screws and lift it off.
Remove the CD/DVD Drive:
- Squeeze the release latch and rotate the drive tray handle to the open position. Then grasp the drive tray and pull it from the front of the system.
- Disconnect the audio and signal cables.
- Remove the single screw that secures the CD/DVD drive to the tray then rotate the drive up and lift it from the tray.
Remove the Interface Board:
- Disconnect the audio and signal cables.
- Remove the two screws and spacers and lift the card out of the housing and place on an ESD protected surface.
