Problem
IBM Rational(R)TestManager Service Release 3(SR3) uses the Crystal Reports Version 8.5 runtime by default, so that it must be uninstalled in order for the Crystal reports 10 runtime is used.
Resolving The Problem
By default, TestManager SR3 uses the Crystal Reports Version 8.5 runtime to run your
listing reports. After you re-create all modified reports to be compatible with Crystal
Reports Version 10, uninstall the Crystal Reports Version 8.5 runtime so that
TestManager SR3 uses the Crystal Reports Version 10 runtime to run your reports.
