Abstract
Hot-Swap hard drive removal movie for the IBM System x3650.
Content
To remove a Hot-Swap hard disk drive:
- Press the release latch and rotate the drive tray handle to the open position. Wait approximately 30 seconds for the drive to spin down.
- Then pull the drive from the bay.
- Use the same procedure to remove any additional drives.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
