Abstract
IBM System x3850 M2 (7141, 7144), x3950 (7141) - DVD drive installation movie
Content
To install the DVD drive:
- Slide the drive into the server until it latches in place.
Install the Top cover:
- Position the cover on top of the server so that the tabs on the cover align with the slots on the chassis.
- Make sure that the cover-release latch is up.
- Slide the top cover forward while pressing the release latch closed.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
