To remove the Media Hood Air baffle:
Remove the Top cover:
- Turn off the server and all peripheral devices and disconnect all power cords and external cables.
- Lift the cover-release latch.
- Slide the cover towards the rear of the server approximately one half inch and then lift the cover off the server and set it aside.
Remove the Bezel:
- Press in on the bezel retention tabs at the sides of the bezel, and pull the bezel from the server.
Remove the Media Hood Air baffle:
- Lift up on the latch tab while sliding the air baffle off the retention pins and lift out of the server.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
