To remove the operator information panel
Remove the top cover:
-
Turn off the server and all peripheral devices and disconnect all power cords and external cables.

Loosen the captive screw on the rear of the chassis.

Slide the cover towards the rear of the server approximately one half inch and then lift the cover off the server and set it aside.
Remove the operator information panel:
- Disconnect the signal and USB cables from the operator information panel.
- Remove the two mounting screws and lift the operator information panel from the server.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
