To remove a power supply
- Turn off the server and peripheral devices, and disconnect all power cords and external cables.
- Grasp the power supply handle and, while pressing down on the release latch, pull the power supply partially out of the bay.
- Release the latch and support the power supply as you remove it completely from the bay.
- Use the same procedure to remove the second power supply or filler plate if required.
