To install a ServeRAID SAS controller
- Ensure that the retention latches are open.
- Insert the controller straight into the slot, pressing down on both corners at the same time until secured by the latches.
Install the top cover:
- Position the cover over the chassis, aligning the tabs in the cover with the slots in the chassis.
- Slide the cover forward while rotating the cover release latch down to the closed position.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
