To install a front-panel assembly

1. Position the assembly in the channel above drive bay 1
2. Push the assembly toward the front of the chassis until latched in place.
3. Push the drive in bay 1 in until seated.
4. Connect the assembly cable to the system board.

Install the power supply cage:

1. Place the power-supply cage into the chassis and slide it toward the rear until engaged by the retaining tabs.
2. Secure with the four screws.
3. Connect the following cables:
   • Optical Drive Power
   • Two System Board Power
   • Disk Backplane

Return the server to its operational position.

Install the hot-swap power supplies:

1. Position the power supply in the bay using the guides for alignment and using the handle push the power supply into the bay until it latches in place.
2. Connect the power cord to the power supply.

Install the lower bezel:

1. Insert the two tabs at the bottom of the lower bezel into the slots in the chassis and then rotate the top of the lower bezel toward the server until it latches in place.

Install the side cover:

1. Position the cover over the ledge on the bottom of the chassis.
2. Rotate the cover toward the server until secured by the latch.
3. Lock the cover if required.
