Abstract
Procedures for installing the battery on the xSeries 206 server.

Text from the audio portion of installing the battery movie
To install the battery:
- Tilt the battery so that it can be inserted into the socket.
- Press down on the battery until secured by the latch.

Install the side support bracket.
- Hold the bracket at a 45-degree angle and engage the locking tab at the front.
- Lower the rear of the bracket and press it into place.

Install the side cover:
- Position the cover over the chassis and align the tabs on the cover with the slots in the chassis.
- Slide the cover forward while rotating the cover release latch to the closed position. Here is a closer look at the cover tab and a slot in the chassis.
