Text description of fan removal
To remove the fan assembly:
- Remove these three screws from the bracket, and lift it out.
- Disconnect the power cables to the I/O fan assembly, and lift out the assembly.
- Lift up the processor fan to access the power cable.
- Disconnect the cable, and lift out the fan.
- Use the same procedure to remove the other fan.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
