Text description of hot-swap power supply removal and installation
To remove a hot-swap power supply:
- You must first remove the hot-swap fan.
- Then release the latch on the power supply, and rotate the handle to the open position.
- Using the handle, slide the power supply off the connector.
- Then use your hand to pull it out of the chassis.
To install a hot-swap power supply:
- Slide the power supply into the chassis
- Ensure that the handle is in the open position.
- Then rotate the handle down.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
