Instructions on removing the adapter retainer from the xSeries 200

- Power-off the server.
- Disconnect the server from the power supply.
- Remove the cover.
- Remove all adapter cards.
- Rotate the adapter retainer to the open position.
- Grasp the adapter retainer and gently slide the top and bottom tabs out of the notches.
