Abstract
After you have replaced any failed components, these are the steps to follos to reassemble the IBM Netfinity SP Switch.

After you have replaced any failed components, please follow these steps to reassemble the IBM Netfinity SP Switch:- Replace the top front IBM Netfinity SP Switch cover.
- With a flat-blade screwdriver, insert and tighten the four screws that hold the top front IBM Netfinity SP Switch cover (two screws on each side of the IBM Netfinity SP Switch).
- Replace the rear IBM Netfinity SP Switch ventilated cover.
- With a flat-blade screwdriver, insert and tighten the two screws from each rear corner of the rear IBM Netfinity SP Switch ventilated cover.
- Reinsert the IBM Netfinity SP Switch into the IBM 9306 Model 900 PC Server Rack Enclosure and reinsert and tighten all screws. Refer to section Installing the IBM Netfinity SP Switch into an IBM 9306 Model 900 PC Server Rack Enclosure for rack hardware installation instructions.
- From the rear of the rack, recable the IBM Netfinity SP Switch. Follow the cable labeling procedures that were established from the Cable management and labeling .
- From the rear of the rack, connect each power cord to the power supplies located in the rear of the IBM Netfinity SP Switch.
- The IBM Netfinity SP Switch is now ready for use.
