Problem with login on IBM Cloud Private web console

Troubleshooting


Problem

Errors occur when you try to login to the IBM Cloud Private web console.

Symptom

An error will be displayed: "You are not authorized to access the system. Please contact your system administrator"
Few minutes later, login succeeds with same id.

In the log of platform-identity-mgmt,  java exceptions are seen and the pod logs show that  at least one group is found.

Login may succeed at other times but a 500 internal server error will be displayed:
500 Internal Server Error

It is possible that an error "Access forbidden" occurs when trying to login with bx pr even if authentication is ok:

Example:
bx pr login
