IBM Security Guardium throws 'Duplicate Entry' error upgrading to GPU600

Troubleshooting


Problem

If the first upgrade attempt fails for any reason, GPU 600 upgrades fail on IBM Security Guardium collectors, aggregators, and central managers. Manual intervention from IBM Support is required.

Symptom

From CLI run 'show system patch installed'. The output displays a failed status for GPU600.
